Themes, colour palettes and text size
Click ◐ at the right of the title bar to choose light or dark, and a colour palette. Every palette comes in both a light and a dark version:
| Palette | Light | Dark |
|---|---|---|
| VS Code (the default) | Light Modern | Dark Modern |
| GitHub | GitHub Light | GitHub Dark |
| One | One Light | One Dark |
| Solarized | Solarized Light | Solarized Dark |
| Dracula | Alucard | Dracula |
The graph lanes, the branch and tag labels, the file states and the diff colours all follow the palette. The command palette lists each palette too, and Gitkeen remembers your choice.
Text size
The same menu sets the text size:
| Size | Scale |
|---|---|
| Smallest | 85% |
| Smaller | 90% |
| Default | 100% |
| Larger | 110% |
| Large | 125% |
| Largest | 140% |
Command or Control with + makes the text one step larger, with − one step smaller, and with 0 returns to the default. The whole window scales together, so rows, spacing and text keep their proportions. Gitkeen remembers the size.
